Canada Family Visa

Family visas are a very integral part of the migration to Canada, especially for people who have near and dear ones in this country also, provided their relatives or loved ones are already Australian citizens or Permanent residency visa holders. They can apply for a sponsorship for you and your family to settle and acquire Canada family visas. The interested candidate should be in one of the following groups which are eligible for this visa.

A Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident can sponsor:

• Spouse, Partner, or Dependent child and they can apply for PR based on the sponsorship
• Parent/ Grandparent: If your children are based in Canada and are already Canadian citizens or permanent residents you can apply for Canadian permanent residence, provided your children are eligible to sponsor you for the same. They can also sponsor you for the long term Super Visa.
• Others: in certain other cases Canadian citizens or permanent residents can also sponsor other relatives such as an orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece or grandchild provided you and they meet certain conditions.
