Australia Family Visa
Family visas are very integral part of migration to Australia especially for people who have their near and dear ones in this country also provided their relatives or loved ones are already Australian citizens or Permanent residency visa holders. . The interested candidate should be in one of the following groups which is eligible for this visa.
- Partner Visas (Partnership/ Marriage between you and a Australian permanent resident or citizen) allow you to migrate to Australia based on your marriage on a subclass 309/ 100 or subclass 820/801 depending on whether you are in or outside of Australia.
- Prospective marriage visa (subclass 300): This is a temporary visa valid for 9 months and is meant for those who are engaged to be married and plan to marry in the next 9 months.
- Dependent Child: If you want to join your parents who already are Citizens of Australia or Residents of the country, you can apply under this visa. This visa is also applicable for those Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens who have had their Child born in India or the country or earlier nationality.
- Parent/ Contributory Parent Visa: If your children are based in Australia and are already Australian citizens you can apply for Australian permanent residence, provided your children are eligible to sponsor you for the same.
