Candidate Profile
- Age: Between 20 and 30 years
- Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree (10+2+3) in any stream
- Candidates who are appearing for their final year exams can alsoapply
- Marital Status: Married / Unmarried
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local language would be an added advantage
- Interactive skills: Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
- IT skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Geographical knowledge is a must
Job Description:
- Evaluate eligibility of Clients seeking residency/work/study visa on the basis of parameters set by respective countries.
- Counsel the Clients to determine their employment history, education credentials, career goals, interests, abilities, and goals.
- Work with the Client to define key skills and competencies that form the foundation for Career Management.
- Forms & Resume Review, provide suggestions for improvement and Interview preparation.
- Regular interaction and updation with Clients and Business Heads regarding the process stage.
- Work directly with employers to identify jobs.
- Co-ordinate with Clients and Recruiters to create the right supply-demand match.
- Provide Mock Interview Coaching.
- Maintain the database of clients as well as their preference to immigrate
- Candidate must keep abreast with the immigration policies/procedures and documentation.
- Provide post-migration assistance to immigrants as well as students.
- Provide continued personalized assistance throughout the settlement and job process.
- Employer feedback gathering and discussion to help ensure a good start at the new company.
- This is a target-based job wherein you would be required to chase targets as per your employment terms.
